  Sorry - but this is not going to work.  I obviously missed the initial commit
  of this and haven't really paid attention to what is going on in here since
  then, but there is no way we are going to be supporting 2 identical
  codebases in the same application.  There are
  already a bunch of things that have been updated in mailbox.php that have not
  been updated here since this has been committed.  At the very least, this is
  not ready for IMP 4.2.
  If this is to be done in the future, most (if not all) of the mailbox rendering
  code must be abstracted out of mailbox.php - see
  dimp/lib/Views/ListMessages.php for an example - to make this viable.
