  Log:
  clean up the slidshow.inc file, remove unneeded <noscript> content since
  js is required for the slideshow code.
  
  Tweak caption div - hardcode a 200px width for now, open to suggestions on
  improving this without having to know the actual image width. If necessary,
  we can fetch the image widths a few at a time via ajax calls...but is that
  worth it for just the image captions?
