  Log:
  For now, be less restrictive about tokens - just require that one was
  generated in the last 30 minutes to be valid. Still gets us most of
  the same protection, but also avoids issues of using multiple links
  from the same mailbox page and having the 2nd one fail (opening things
  in new windows, for instance).
