  Log:
  Finally fix scrolling weirdness when deleting - at the benefit of removing an
  unneeded call to scroller.updateSize().
  When viewport is less than 3 rows, make a moveScroll only move the size of the
  viewport.  Extreme fringe case I know, but whatever.
