  Log:
  The folder draggable code is quite frankly not stable enough to be released.
  Newer versions of FF have a bug that will trigger an error, there is no way
  to drag to the base directory, and if a user drags above the folder list the
  folder will appear to "fly away".  Remove for 1.0.
