  Log:
  Ax IMP_Contents::getAttachmentSummary().  It downloads from the IMAP server,
  and then decodes, all body parts marked as attachments for the sole purpose of
  showing the total attachment size.  A huge waste of resources (especially for
  information not viewable by default in the preview screen), and pretty much
  defeats the purpose of IMAP in the first place.
