  Log:
  Add spinner graphic and hooks to show it during server data refreshes.
  Unfortunately vcXMLRPC doesn't use asynchronous calls (which also lock up the rest of Dashboard during a refresh) so the spinner is never visible.  TODO: Fix vcXMLRPC to be asynchronous.
