  Improve calendar synchronization:
  - Use iCalender 2.0 now that we support alarms in Kronolith.
  - Don't sort SIF tags, some clients rely on a certain tag order.
  - Support recurrence counts.
  - Try to better match cancelled events (mapped to free).
  - Fix monthly recurrences, in both directions.
