  Log:
  Some changes to better support gallery rendering through the api:
  - Allow specification of which gallery view to render
  - Better handling of attaching custom CSS files.
  - Need to output the CSS links direclty after attaching them if being
  called via the api since commom-header.inc file (which normally does this)
  will not be included.
