  Log:
  Reorganize and fix 'name' generation', really make sure we always have one.
  FN always has highest precedence; next comes composite name fields; only then
  we fall back to concatenating first and last names.
  Don't set 'lastname' if it doesn't exist, this is better done with
  'listNameField' now.
