I went ahead and implemented this since it simplifies the handling of  
$prefGroups['url'] even further. I gather from the $chunk code that  
these files are being included rather than requested via ajax; seems  
like that'll need to change for this to really work properly (and it  
would have had to anyway, I think, because of the form submits for  
custom prefgroups...)
