  Added files:

                         2.1_to_2.2_datatree_to_sql_share_migration.php 
  Log:
  Initial migration script for datatree to sql shares.  Non destructive UNLESS
  you set the $delete_dt_data variable in the script to true.  Lightly tested
  at this point. Probably needs some error checking.
