  revert 1.71 -> 1.72
  
  Offset is used in fetching to translate our date to the target site's
  date.  Once the comic is fetched, we store it under the date for which
  it was fetched, not the target site's date (e.g. if a comic is set
  to be fetched 4/24 and has an offset of 1, it will fetch the 4/23 comic
  from the remote site but store it locally as a 4/24 comic.
