  * Fix _nag_put() to allow importing tasklists via HTTP PUT
  - Allow PUT for .ics (text/calendar) as well as individual tasks (text/x-vtodo)
  - Correctly initialize Nag_Driver
  - Default content-type for WebDAV clients that don't get it right or don't know better (Konqueror)
  - Correctly set the task UID on Horde_History entries
