  Log:
  _browse() now works as described on the mailing list.  However my current WebDAV testing client, OS X mount_webdav, does not like contacts whose "file" names are DNs.  As far as localsql it works fine.
  
  Still todo: Fix LDAP contact filenames, implement _path_delete and _put for individual contacts
