  Log:
  Need to allow client apps override this setting as well in case the domain
  of the client web app is different than the horde server...the Ajax won't
  work cross-site.
  So, for mouse over previews in the block, client apps will have to
  have their own preview.php file with a means of returning the proper
  <img> tag.
  Probably should have the links embedding in json in the block code that's
  returned, but I'm too tired to implement that at the moment...
