  Log:
  Get rid of serialized styles. Put them in a *.dist file.
  Chuck, I know you wanted this in an implicit pref, but it's really
  a pain in the rear to have to serialize the style definitions, then copy/paste
  the string into the prefs file anytime an admin wants to tweak/add a new style.
  
  Putting them in config/ for now, at least until a way to edit these via the UI
  are available.
