  Log:
  - Change the link of the image tile to point back to the image view by
  default in the Lightbox style. (lightbox.js now no longer builds the
  image links from the anchor tags)  This also allows a better fallback
  for <noscript> browsers.
  
  - Add a link to the comment counts in the image tile to point to the
  comments section (if present) of the image view.  This allows the
  viewing/adding of comments even if using a style such as lightbox.
