  Log:
  - revert the /page/x url rewrite rules
  - remove callback function that created the /page/x urls for the pager.
  (Still allow callbacks to be defined from the api so other web apps
  can define their own URL schema)
  - Always pass the page value in the params instead of checking GET
  parameters from the Renderer
