  Log:
  Complete rewrite of ViewPort scrollbar handling code.  All scrollbar specific
  code is now contained in DimpSlider.  The rewrite is needed for the new
  feature added: arrows in the scrollbar. This may seriously break any browser
  other than FF3 at this time, and it may break that browser also since I
  haven't had significant time to play around with this much yet.
