  Log:
  Tweak help text and make sure --nofreshmeat is set when running tests.
  Add initial support for binary diffs.  The code (as committed) now only
  identifies the binary diff files in the mailing list announcement, but in the
  future could easily be extended to creating a small tarball with the
  updated diffed files.
