  Log:
  * Add breadcrumbs to image upload page
  * Add Cancel submit button to upload form to return to gallery.
  * Add ability to override attributes when fetching a gallery - needed in this
  particular case so we can force a Normal mode for galleries on the upload page.
  This avoids unclear breadcrumbs and image carousel contents (with Date mode it
  would look like your uploading images to a certain day/month/year and the image
  carousel would only contain images for the current date grouping).
