  Log:
  Remove log info on annotate page.  This can create gigantic HTML output, does
  not work with git revision strings, and doesn't work with git output anyway
  (due to git blame possibly referencing commits in previous files before
  renaming, which doesn't work well with the way VCS currently deals with logs).
