  Added files:
    lib/Driver           facebook.php 
  Log:
  Add a sort-of-useful driver for facebook friends. Email addresses are not
  retrievable via the Facebook API, but this may still be useful for some.
  Currently pulls name, location data, and birthdays (which are available
  via the listTimeObjects api so they appear in Kronolith).
  
  I'll probably add more fields in the future if there is sufficent interest.
