  Yet Another IE hack, er, I mean, fix.
  Make sure we don't load the Lightbox object until after window load fires
  on IE, not just dom:loaded. Continue to use dom:loaded on good browsers to
  avoid navigating away from the gallery page if the user clicks on an image
  before all page elements load
