  Log:
  Add the ability to define the global application to use for notifications
  on the prefs screen. The $_SESSION['horde_prefs']['status'] variable
  should contain the name of the application whose prefsStatus() API call
  should be used. This API call should be used to set up the status notification
  listener needed.
