  Log:
  Finally. Ensure that non-screen images are created in the desired format.
  This fixes a bug that was causing some thumbnail types (such as the drop shadowed images),
  to be created in jpg format instead of png, since some of the effects operate on a screen
  image to save resources..and if the screen image isn't already created, it is created first,
  leaving the Horde_Image object in a jpg state.
