development list [cvs] cvs@lists.horde.org seems to be down

[Apis Hytt]

	o New CVS updates to horde and friends are not being logged
to [cvs] mail list .. have seen updates, but no log mail arriving.

	o Also, ala the php-cvs list, could the actual cvs diffs
be included in the log message .. so one could quickly see what
is being added|deleted|changed? Hence, one could track developments
without having to always do a cvs update to find out?  

	Just a notion, but handy.
