I wiped my computer clean twice and did two clean installs of the
development versions php, apache, horde and imp and all of the needed
extensions and wrote a "QuickStart" guide. It is by no means complete. There
is nothing written for Postgre, Cyrus, MSSQL, Oracle, etc. I haven't written
anything on installing the external binaries yet. Anyway, I wanted to post
it and see if you guys can use it for anything. Hopefully so, because I
spent a lot of time on it. Feel free to alter it however you wish.
