Ok, lets make a list of all the actions that we need:

Create
Delete
Rename
Subscribe
Unsubscribe
Add to Incoming
Removing from Incoming

Anything else?  If we finalise this then the UI decision becomes
a load easier.

Yeah, that sounds good to me - all the javascript for that is in
CVS a few revisions back anyway :-)
