I just checked and it was happening (double prepend) with my UW server also, so
I think it's safe to assume it's a general issue - the navigator folder values
always _should_ be fully qualified - and I've made a commit to fix it.

I guess we need a check to make sure that people don't edit out the prefix in
the new folder name?
