Err.... let me try and make sense this time *g*. Anyone who updates and gets the /var/www/ etc error regarding javascript at the bottom of their pages, just needs to make sure they have configured horde/config/registry.php - those paths are set there. (That makes much more sense, sorry for the extra message.)
