coordinate the MIME revamp that I've been thinking about (and starting on a
little - thus the Mime_Imap class in IMP to handle the IMAP specific stuff)
with whatever Anil ends up doing for Whups so that we end up with a good
generic system.

Anil, would you have a problem if this ended up meaning that Whups needed
the Horde framework? I can't imagine that it won't, eventually...
