	It seems faster compared to previous Prefs with
		multiple reads from  MySQL store.

	Also tried with the new Session Prefs store .. again 
		much faster, and they get saved and restored, now.

	The next biggie benefit of course will be some scheme to cache the
		mailbox headers until user wants a refresh of
		folder between message reads.
