Some easily-amused ween0r. Easiest thing to do is wait for him
to get bored and then reverse-apply all the diffs that we're getting
mailed, while thinking about how much effort he put into breaking
hordebugtron compared to how much effort it takes to fix it.
 
Of course, he's probably not actually *from* webtv, but logs on
chebucto (whose is that, anyhow) will let us drop his provider a line.

Michael Smith maintains the bugs server, which lives at chebucto; I'm going to 
work on getting us a new system up and running this afternoon and see about 
transferring the old stuff over.

I'm looking around. I looked at DCL, but to be honest, it confused me a bit for 
a bug system - it looks much more complex than we need.
