Prefs is one place where more and more people would see the need to
add/remove fields.
Example: If you are running a freeWebMail server, you may want the users
to have a secret Question + Answer.
You might want to store their mobile number (if you are offering sms
service)
You may want to store their fax number etc etc.


As a rule of thumb, modularize where ever possible. Any way its your
call.

Oh, duh--I didn't even pay attention to the fact that you can only change to a 
server on the list, instead of entering your own.
