[dev] a small bug in horde/lib/Prefs.php (new problem: fixed)

I added 
$this->prefs[$pref]['acl']=false;
at line 434 in function isDirty just before return false;

Is it my php settings that I get croaks on uninitilized variables or
should they be initialized?
