Since this comes up as often as it does, would it be worthwhile in 2.3 to
have a handful of hardcoded setups, plus "custom", such that you could
do the equivalent of

  $default->imapserver = 'cyrus';

and have magic happen, but if you wanted to set up us the settings
yourself, you could do

  $default->imapserver = 'custom';  # or '' or comment it out maybe?

and then set the rest of the picky variables? Or do you think that
would make things worse?
