Another translation problem

Hello,

I updated the Dutch translation for IMP. Most of the new strings are translated
ok except those for the addressbookprefs. The translations in the overview of
the preferences (from config/prefs.php) are all ok, but the screen where you 
select the preferences for the addressbooks (Available addressbook, selected
addressbooks, etc.) isn't. Another strange thing is that the footer (from
templates/prefs/end.inc) isn't translated. With all of the other prefs there's
no problem with the translation of this footer.
