handling CSS of HTML

hi,

I think there are some problems with displaying HTML with CSS.

when I enabled the HTML to be displayed in 2.3.7 CVS by changing mime.php, the 
magic happened, all HTMLs are displayed properly, except the CSS bits, as I 
reckon the html is displayed without CSS, and the CSS is displayed as plain 
text in the e-mail.

my doubt on this because I can't see anything to handle <style type="text/css">

is that handled with text/html, or separately?
