[dev] IMP summary

[Jan Schneider]

When I start horde, there's the imp login screen in the main window (of course 
as I configured horde to use imp for auth).
After logging in I get the summaries of imp, kronolith and nag, all displayed 
correctly - imp's summary showing the list of subscribed imap folders.
