Latest Horde + Imp

Although they are marked Development, I downloaded the Horde 1.3.4 and IMP
2.3.6 versions and tried them out on a RH7.1 system.  Rebuilt PHP to spec
and fired it all up.  Are these supposed to be totally non-functional?  I'm
not trying to slam anyone, but I usually expect CVS not to work, but
anything tgz'ed to work to some degree.

Was there some trick to getting everything to fire up properly?  I've just
d/led the latest CVS and am going to give that a whirl.
