I checked this with the first .mo commit and it already had the sticky options
correctly set.

I'm not quite sure, but I think the width style should work with most browsers,
at least 4+. We can leave the size attribute for browsers that don't.

You'll need a input and a select field, that means the space that's required
for the header section takes the double space than now. You can spare this
extra space if you use a javascript prompt.

Why can't the identity list be next to the from: input field?

This is the code from mcal.php:
if (isset($eventData['alarm']) &&
$eventData['alarm'] == 1 &&
isset($eventData['alarm_hour']) &&
isset($eventData['alarm_min'])) {
mcal_event_set_alarm($this->driver->stream, ($eventData['alarm_hour'] * 60
+ $eventData['alarm_min']));
}
Of course there are appropriate fields in edit.inc.
In status.php I use $calendar->listAlarms instead of listEvents. This is the
code:
function listAlarms($startDate, $endDate)
{
$events = mcal_list_alarms($this->stream, $startDate['year'], $startDate
['month'], $startDate['day'], $endDate['year'], $endDate['month'], $endDate
['day']);
echo count($events);
return is_array($events) ? $events : array();
}

This may be a solution. The input doesn't have to be very large, because it
just has a spare function.
The problem is: Let's say we have a select field 400 pixel wide and a input
field 100 pixel. If a user has identity (or recipients) that take more space
than 400 pixel, the input field would move to right.
Not very beautiful but perhaps we can live with it?!

Ah, okay. The documentation for mcal_list_alarms is wrong; it doesn't take a
start and end date, it just takes one date: mcal_list_alarms(year, month, day,
hour, min, sec) - and returns a list of active alarms for that date/time.
I've got fixing the mcal docs on my todo list; I wrote a book chapter on the
darn things so I've got the correct usage for all of them. :)

Why don't we see what it looks like first. We can always make it prettier later.

OK. I'll probably commit the identity fields first, to see how it works.
By the way: Hasn't there been a code that prevents lines from wrapping if
quoted? But as you can see above it doesn't work.
