Those are pretty much all from people who just want to use IMP, and have it
integrated with Turba, but not use the Horde framework. They won't mind not
being notified of events that are starting, because they won't be using the
calendar. And IMP will still tell them about new mail.

Will it after we coded a generic notification sytem? ;-)
