strange auth problems

Hi,
I am having problems with getAuth.

I have a stock install, 
I have uncommented the two lines to get Auth from IMP
and if I try to acccess an app such as horde/turba then getAuthFails and
it throws me back to /horde/login.php which throws me to
horde/imp/mailbox.php

Here is an example of a very simple program

You can login to http://horde.ispman.org
as user apache_ispman_org with the pass 123asd

Am I doing something wrong here?
