strange behaviour with mozilla w/ DTD

Hi all,

I am playing again with your BABY :)
I wanted to add a DHTML sidebar to show the folders in IMP when in
NO-FRAMES mode.
I found this cool menu widget

Its a nice menu that can be tucked to the left side of the screen and
pops out when the user points on it.

With this menu , I am having some weird problems with mozilla 0.9.2 when
the doctype.inc is included.

Perhaps someone can come up with an answer for this.
Works fine with NS4.7 with and without DTD.
