help.php3 doesnt find my home made helpfile

Hi, i have a problem i realy need help with.=20
I have posted to imp@lists.horde.org also (for a couple of days ago) =
without any answers.

I have made an own helpfile in "imp/locale/se/" with name =
"vacation.help" you can se perms below:
-rw-r--r--    1 user group       1346 Jul 23 11:13 vacation.help

I also made a "define" in "imp/locale/defines/" with name =
"vacation.help" you can se perms below:
-rw-r--r--    1 stat0029 apache        221 Jul 23 10:32 vacation.help

I have attached both of these files in this post.

I link to the helpfile by this:

And get this error message in the popup window:
"Fatal error: Failed opening required './imp/locale/se/vacation.help' =

Can someone please help ?
