my turba broke after PEAR upgrade

Hi guys,

I have heared that some due to some changes in PEAR some files are
changed in Turba.
I am running an older version of Turba and cannot immediately upgrade
this version because of x,y,z and lot of people using it, blah, blah
reasons.

Can someone point me out what is changed that is giving me the following
error.
Any pointers will be much appreciated.
