managing ms-tnef attachment

Oo!  Missed this thread when it came in.

There's a freshmeat.net project 'detnef' that can apparently unlock these
little MS strongboxes.  That TNEF format is the bane of every organization
that is more than 0% but less than 100% Outlook... not to mention friends
and family of Outlook users.

It's on my list of things to play with someday, adding an extraction or
convert-to-MIME-and-forward capability to IMP 2.3.x -- I think it would be
a very well-received feature.
