If you'll let me know when things are reasonably cemented, I'll take
up some of the doco slack. I think I shall abandon the idea of a
separate Horde Documentation Project, though. (It might be worthwhile
abandoning the list, too, if only to indicate that doco talk belongs
on the project lists, not on a separate one.)

/User/ doco is another story, although I haven't tried to get docbook
working again in months, so maybe it'll all just fall into place now :-)
